Sale, sharing and targeted advertising
Nestra does not currently sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, use it for targeted advertising, or use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
To submit an applicable opt-out request, use Contact us on the home page and begin your message with “Privacy opt-out request.”
Global Privacy Control
When your browser sends a recognised Global Privacy Control signal, this website saves a privacy-protective preference for that browser and keeps the marketing category disabled. If relevant advertising technology is added later, the signal will be applied to systems and providers required by applicable law.
Access, correct, delete or obtain a copy
Depending on your state and whether the law applies, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, or obtain a portable copy. Use Contact us, begin your message with “U.S. privacy rights request,” and include your state of residence and the right you wish to exercise. We may request proportionate information to verify identity. Do not send government identification unless requested through a secure channel.
Authorised agents and appeals
Where applicable, an authorised agent may submit a request for you. We may ask for proof of authority and separately verify your identity. If we deny a request and your state provides an appeal right, respond to the decision with “Privacy appeal” and explain why it should be reconsidered.
Verification, timing and non-discrimination
We use information provided with a request only to verify and respond to it. We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and respond within the period required by applicable law, including any permitted extension. Nestra will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
