These terms are between you and Nestra. If you become a customer, your service agreement identifies the contracting Nestra entity, its registered details and the terms for the services supplied. By using this website, you agree to these Website Terms and our Privacy Notice.
Website information and estimates
Website content is general information and is not financial, tax, legal, real-estate or investment advice. An earnings estimate, occupancy figure, launch timing or performance illustration is indicative and may depend on property eligibility, location, regulation, demand, seasonality, pricing, availability, channel approval and other factors.
We do not guarantee income, occupancy, bookings, property value or a launch date. A proposal becomes binding only when stated in a separate agreement signed by the relevant parties.
What this website offers
The website lets prospective hosts request information, complete a property questionnaire and ask for a tailored estimate. Nestra operates commercial listings, including positioning, channel distribution, pricing, calendar coordination, guest messaging and performance reporting. On-property services are not included unless a signed agreement expressly says otherwise.
Permitted use
You may use this website for lawful personal or business enquiries. You must not:
- interfere with security, availability or other users;
- scrape, probe, reverse engineer or use automated access except where applicable law permits;
- submit false, unlawful, infringing or malicious content;

Unless otherwise stated, the website, brand, design, copy and software are owned by or licensed to Nestra. Booking-platform names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance identifies potential distribution channels and does not imply endorsement or partnership.

Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or withdraw website features and correct errors. We aim to keep the website useful and accurate but do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, secure, current or error free. We may change these terms by publishing an updated version and date.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nestra excludes implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity or decisions based only on website content. The law and dispute forum stated in a signed service agreement apply to that agreement. For website use without a service agreement, applicable conflict-of-law rules determine the governing law and forum. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain unaffected.
